Poly Speaker is a pair of mobile apps — Poly Speaker Broadcast (for guides) and Poly Speaker Listener (for tourists). We respect your privacy and handle all information in a secure and transparent manner.

1. Information We Collect

Poly Speaker is designed to operate without Internet connectivity. In normal use:

• We do not collect, store, or transmit personal data.
  
  

• Audio from the guide is streamed locally over a private Wi-Fi network and is never sent to external servers.
  
  

• The app does not record, log, or analyze voice transmissions.
  
  

When you use the app stores, some limited technical information (for example, crash logs, device model, OS version) may be collected automatically by Google Play or Apple App Store under their own privacy policies.

2. How We Use Information

If any diagnostic or anonymized performance data is collected (for example, crash reports through Google Play Console or Apple App Store Connect), it is used solely to improve app stability and performance.
We do not use analytics, advertising SDKs, or third-party tracking.

3. Data Storage and Transmission

• All communication between the guide and listeners occurs locally through Wi-Fi; no Internet servers are involved.
  
  

• The app does not store any user audio or personal data on the device beyond temporary operating data required during the live session.
  
  

• Once a tour ends, all temporary session data (such as the tour name and connection details) is deleted automatically.
  
  

4. Subscriptions and Payments

For users who purchase a subscription to Poly Speaker Broadcast, payments are processed securely by the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
Poly Speaker does not receive or store your credit-card details or payment information.

5. Children’s Privacy

Poly Speaker is intended for use by professional tour guides and adult participants. It does not collect personal data from children under 13 years of age.

6. Third-Party Services

Poly Speaker uses no third-party analytics, advertising networks, or external databases.
App-store distribution platforms (Google Play, Apple App Store) may collect anonymous usage metrics according to their own policies.
